Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you submit any form through this website and provide us with any contact information, you are agreeing to allow us to utilize your information for internal marketing and re-marketing services. This includes but is not limited to contacting you via phone, email, mail, and SMS text message, where data charges may apply.
Do Not Call
We honor all do not call requests made to us.
Email & Email Campaigns
You will be automatically subscribed to an email campaign upon form submission, but can opt at any time. Our automated email systems follow CAN-SPAM Act Guidelines. Individual representatives of our business may personally email you to request clarification on information you submitted or to provide information on certain offers.
Text Messages & Text Message Campaigns
You will also be automatically sent a text message confirming your form submission and request for information. This automated text confirmation follows all regulations and offers the ability to unsubscribe from the database by replying STOP. These instructions will be present in the text message itself. Your carrier may apply SMS data charges.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, personally identifiable information required to transact business including but not limited to name, address, email address, phone number. We often require significant amounts of information that is relevant to us providing the service of planning and providing travel services. We do not store credit cards through this website.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for any comments you may post on our listing.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
Branson Travel Group has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Branson Travel Group shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
About Travel Accommodations
Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
We reserve the right to make substitutions for the items listed above based on availability. All of our partners are subject to change at any time without notice. Unless otherwise stated above, your getaway package will expire one year from the date of purchase.
Attending a 90 minute presentation is required to receive some special promotions, based upon available time slots.
Guests must have two hours available from any scheduled activity. If married or cohabitating, both parties are required to attend the presentation, and must not have any other presentations scheduled. The presentation is always the day after your arrival in Branson. Presentations on the day of arrival do not satisfy this obligation.
Daycare is available for children who are no longer in diapers. Children are allowed at the presentation. However, if they become a distraction, management reserves the right to cancel your tour and disqualify you from the gifting program.
If you have previously attended a presentation with Branson’s Nantucket, you are required to wait nine (9) months before attending another presentation (12 months if you have attended twice previously. If guests are not married, both parties must provide identification with the same address and both parties must complete the presentation together. Every guest must have a valid photo ID upon check-in. You must present a valid major credit card (no prepaid cards) that matches identification prior to the presentation.
No guests may travel to Branson and stay at a campground, in an RV, travel trailer, or RV style van.
Promotional packages are non-refundable. This Getaway Package is transferable if the recipient meets the qualifications as described above and approval is obtained from the Reservations Department. Failure to follow these terms and conditions will result in a charge to your credit card for the difference between the price paid and the retail value.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
