Introduction

Welcome to Branson Travel Group’s Contest (“Contest”). Branson Travel Group is located at 3630 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO 65616. By entering this Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Contest is free and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to all individuals aged 28 years or older, except employees of Branson Travel Group, their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the Contest. Open to all U.S. Residents 28 years or older. Void where prohibited by law and where licensing and/or registration requirements have not been met. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

How to Enter

Details on how to enter are specified in the promotional material related to each Contest. Entries must be submitted within the timeframe specified. Late, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant entries will not be considered. Branson Family Getaway begins May 1st, 2026, and ends December 31st, 2026. To enter, eligible participants must submit an official entry form with completed contact information at Sponsor-selected events or online.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data collected will only be used in accordance with Branson Travel Group’s Privacy Policy and the applicable  data protection legislation.

By participating in the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information for the purposes of contest administration, prize awarding and for other purposes as listed in our Privacy Policy which can be found here (include link).

Branson’s Travel Group has adopted appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.

Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. For any inquiries or requests regarding data privacy, participants can contact our Customer Service Team at (would need to include some actual mechanism to contact us, either mail or phone number).

Prize(s)

The details of the prize(s) and how the winner(s) will be selected are described in the specific Contest promotional material. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Branson Travel Group reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

3 Days and 2 nights consecutive accommodations for up to two adults or two adults and two children at the Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center, subject to availability, 4 tickets to a Branson Attraction (list available at time of travel), one voucher for a $30.00 dining credit (restaurants available at time of travel).

Travel Cost, Taxes and Incidentals are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value $499.00.  Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Branson Travel Group reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided with their entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the specified timeframe, Branson Travel Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Winner is guaranteed to be chosen by random drawing.  One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor on or after Jan.2, 2027.  Winner need not be present to win.  Official notice to the winner will be sent by traceable method of delivery.  The selected prize must be claimed within 30 (thirty) days of notification.  If the prize is not claimed, the prize will remain unawarded.  Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholding resulting from prize. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence by Sponsor for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law.

Odds Of Winning

Odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received or 1 in 5,000.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this Contest, you agree that Branson Travel Group and its affiliates may, without any limitation or further compensation, use your name, voice, and/or likeness in any promotional, advertising, or other marketing materials, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

 General Conditions

Branson Travel Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest, without notice, for any reason beyond its control. Branson Travel Group is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason. In the event of a dispute, Branson Travel Group’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered.  Entrants agree to be contacted by telephone (including wireless numbers), email, text or regular mail for the purpose of promoting the sales of timeshare intervals and/or vacation packages.  Entrants acknowledge that participation in this promotion supersedes any in-house, state, or federal no call list.  The name of the prize winner can be obtained after February 2nd, 2027, by mailing a self-address envelope to Sponsors Address: Branson Travel Group.  Attn: Branson Family Vacation Sweeps, 3630 West Hwy 76 Country BLVD, Branson, MO 65616.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, participants release Branson Travel Group from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at, or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the company’s negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law).

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Branson Travel Group operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
